Pretty Puffy is made of PU leather that moves very nicely and smoothly 🫶 It puffs out nicely at the bottom, where it has a stretchy band! Just like at the waist, where you can tighten the skirt a little with drawstrings if you want. Inside, there are shorts for extra comfort! I think it makes it a little safer to wear, haha.
