How do I place an order?
Ordering is very simple! 👌 You choose your favorite product, select the correct size if necessary and click on 'ADD TO CART'. The product is now placed in your shopping cart!
Take a look around the webshop and when you are completely satisfied with your cart, click 'ORDER'.
On the checkout page you then follow all the steps to complete your order! Please note: check all your details and make sure they are completely filled in, from experience we know that the house number can be quickly forgotten 😊
If this is successful, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail, so that you can be sure that the order has reached me properly. I will then do the necessary to get your order to you as soon as possible!
Why should I create an account?
Creating an account at ellemillashop can make ordering a lot easier! Your account remembers your details for a next order and you do not have to enter it again and again, you can always check your status here and you always have a nice overview of your orders 👌 Recommended!
Oops, I did not receive a confirmation email ... What now?
When you place an order you will immediately receive an order confirmation. Didn't receive an email? First check your unwanted mail (spam)! If you cannot find it there, something has probably gone wrong with entering your details ... 🙁
Check in your account whether you have entered the correct e-mail address and whether you can find the order. Can you not find your order or have you not created an account to check your e-mail address? Then I don't know anymore 😒
In that case, send me an email and I will get back to you as soon as possible!
Can I still adjust my order?
Unfortunately, it is very difficult for me to adjust placed orders, let alone cancel! 🙁 The reason for this is that orders are taken directly by our system and passed on to Bpost or PostNL. If you have made a mistake with your order, you can of course always send an email as soon as possible and I will see what I can do for you! In the worst case, your package is already out the door and we have to solve it by means of a return ...
What if my package is lost?
Send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org! If your package gets lost on the way, we'll do everything we can to help you! However, we are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery has been generated ...
How can I track my package?
You will receive a confirmation email from me with track & trace as soon as your package leaves the door here! If you cannot find this email after checking your spam folder, you can always send me an email at email@example.com! 💕 You can always check your account because the status is also shown here, so it's always a good idea to create an account! 😊
What are the shipping costs?
Orders above € 49, - are shipped free of charge via Bpost and PostNL! 🚐 Orders under this amount will be charged € 5 shipping costs!
How long will it take before I can receive my package?

Can I track my package?
Yes, that's possible! 👀 You will receive a confirmation email with track and trace from me when your package leaves here. This email contains a track & trace link, with which you can track your package. You can always view the status of your package in your account under orders. If you choose delivery at a collection point, your delivery will be handled by Bpost. If you choose home delivery, your delivery will be handled by PostNL.
Ow no ... I was not at home when my package was delivered! What now?
No problem! The postman has normally left a note in your letterbox with which you can pick up your package at a post office or postal point (stated on the note). You can always consult your track & trace to find out where your package is located!
How about shipping to another country?

You can check out as a guest! Super simple! By clicking on your shopping cart you can immediately enter your gift voucher or discount code! Click on 'ACTIVATE' & voila, enjoy! 😉

Can I exchange or return my items?
Very unfortunate that your order is not what you expected! Is it the wrong size, does it contain a production error or is there another reason why you want to exchange or return (part of) your order? No problem! 😉 You can exchange or return the item within 14 days! For all information I refer you to the page RETURNS & EXCHANGES! 😘
What about returning or exchanging from the Netherlands?
That is no problem for us! We have a service point in Maastricht 👌
Return packages from the Netherlands are delivered from Maastricht to our warehouse in Lommel 1-2 working days later. This is still a lot faster (and cheaper) than sending directly from the Netherlands to Belgium ... For more information I would like to refer you to the page RETURNS & EXCHANGES, then click on 'COUNTRY' at the top and select 'NETHERLANDS'!
I have received a damaged or incorrectly delivered item! What now?
That is not nice!! 🙁 Send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with a photo of the damaged item, name, order number and the item where something went wrong. I will immediately send you a return label and check the stock to see if I can still send the correct item! If this is not the case, you can exchange it for another item.
Do you prefer a refund (if the correct item is no longer there)? No problem either! At the latest the 10th day After receiving your package, I will refund you the amount via the payment method you chose when placing the order. Depending on your bank, the refund will be visible on your account the same or 1-2 days later! The costs for the return are in this case for my account 😉 Hopefully we can help each other in that way!
I have received an incomplete order! What now?
It may be that you have pre-ordered an item without realizing it and that I have already sent the rest of your order to you. You can see this by looking up the missing item on the site and see if it says it is a pre-order item! 😉 Would be great for me if you can check this out! If this is the case, you will also know immediately when you can expect the item ... If it is not a pre-order item, we have apparently forgotten to pack something! In that case, send me an email immediately to email@example.com and I will do the necessary 😘
Can I physically return a package to the ellemillashop head office?
We kindly ask you to return items purchased online only by post and not physically to the head office in Lommel. This is to keep our stock organized and to spoil you as well as possible! If we constantly have to accept parcels, we will be delayed in handling returns and that does not help either you or us ... Thank you for your understanding! 😘
I have not received a return form in my package or have accidentally thrown it away! What now?
Send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will send you a return form by email. You can then print it, fill it in and put it with your return shipment.
When can I expect new collections?

Where can I find information about the product?
All information about a product can be found in the text of the article! At the tabs you can already find my size advice, the material of the product and shipping info 😊 The fit of an item is normal, unless stated otherwise. Would you still like more tailor-made advice? Is it possible to reserve a product?
Unfortunately it is not possible to reserve products 🙁
What you can do is place your product in your wishlist! This way you will be kept informed about the stock of the product, if it is almost sold out, and you will receive an email when it is back in stock.
You can also leave your email address on the product page of the sold-out item! You will receive an email as soon as the product is back in stock 😊
An item that I want to order is no longer in stock! Will this come back in?
As soon as a product is no longer in stock, I immediately go to the supplier for an additional order! I will then include the expected shipping date in the pink order button for each item!
Very important: this is an expected date based on the information from my supplier. In case of delay of more than a week, I will notify you 😊
Can I save products for later?
Yes, that's possible! By clicking on the heart on the product, you save it to your wish list / wish list 😍 This way you will be kept informed about the stock of the product, if it is almost sold out, and you will receive an email when it is back in stock!
What size is Sarah wearing in the clothes?
I am 1m68 and I wear the smallest available size (or the one size) in all photos and always size XS / 34 from well-known chains! 😊 The fit of an article is normal, unless stated otherwise ... What size does Sarah wear in shoes?
I usually wear size 38! If a pair of shoes is larger or smaller than standard, I will mention it in the product or under the "Size advice" tab. For additional advice you can always send me a message at firstname.lastname@example.org! ❤️
What do you mean by 'Oversized'?
Many of our items are designed to be slightly oversized than you might be used to. If we recommend taking a size up or down, we'll let you know on the product page 😉 Otherwise, we recommend that you take your usual size! Mail me at any time for styling or personal advice at email@example.com!
Can I expect a quick reply to an email?
During the week I always answer within 24 hours, unless I am shopping to provide you with the latest stuff! But I always state that neatly on the contact page if that should be the case. Plus you will receive an automatic reply to your email if I cannot answer immediately. At weekends and on public holidays the 24-hour rule can of course deviate… Although I always do my best to answer in between 😉
Then I would like to emphasize that it is best to send all questions about collections and orders via e-mail or via the contact form! This way it remains clear for me and you will be helped as quickly as possible ❤️
An item that I want to order is no longer in stock! How will I be kept informed as soon as it is back in stock?
Don't worry, it is still possible that your item will be back in the shop! There are several ways to be informed when a product is back in stock 👌
1. Leave your email address on the product page of the sold out item! You will receive an email as soon as the product is back in stock 😊
2. You can always send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the name of the product that you would like to order and then I will find out for you when the product will come back or maybe not anymore ...
3. Put the sold-out product in your wishlist because you will also receive an email as soon as this product is back in stock!
4. Small tip: keep an eye on Instagram and Facebook: the 'back in stock' products will definitely be posted here ✨

Will I receive the Gift Card by email or will it be sent as a piece of paper?
We print the Gift Card ourselves on a nice piece of paper (A6 size) in a typical ellemilla design! 🎀 We will send this to you! Keep in mind that this involves € 5 shipping costs under an amount of € 49! We can always send you the code by e-mail so that you can make something of it yourself, that is up to you 😊
How do I redeem my Gift Card?
Enter your gift card code in the voucher field at checkout! You can see how much money is on your gift card at the checkout.
If your total exceeds the amount of the gift card, the full value will be used and the gift card will be used to the maximum! You will automatically be asked to select a different payment method to pay for the rest of your order.
If your total is less than the amount of the gift card, money will remain on the card and you can use it again later 👌
What happens if I return my order with a gift card?
If you return something bought with a gift card, I will send you a new code with the correct credit! You can then use this for a subsequent purchase 😊 A Gift Card credit cannot be exchanged for cash ...
