Return

Is your order not what you expected? Is it the wrong size, does it contain a production error or is there another reason why you want to exchange or return (part of) your order? No problem, exchange or return is possible! Within 14 days after receipt (1st offer) your article must be in here!😊

How does this work? Very simple! State on the delivery note what I should do with it (exchange, credit code or money back) and add this delivery note to the products you wish to return 👌 Pay attention! Return shipments without enclosed packing slip and / or without product tags (attached to the clothing) cannot be processed!

Furthermore:

  • Discounted items (from 30% discount) are only eligible for exchange or a credit code (no refund).
  • Discounted items (from 70% discount) are not eligible for exchange, credit code or a refund.
  • Items from the STOCK SALE are not eligible for exchange, credit code or a refund.
  • Items paid for with a credit code are not eligible for a refund.
  • The item may not have been worn.


  • Items with (for example) make-up stains or damage will not be taken back unless otherwise agreed by email.
  • Beauty items, masks, bikinis, lingerie and earrings are not taken back for hygiene reasons.
  • Items are returned at your expense and responsibility.
  • After receiving your return shipment, I will pay you no later than the 10th day the purchase amount via the payment method chosen by you with the order. Depending on your bank, the refund will be visible on your account the same or 1-2 days later.

Exchange

Do you want to exchange an item for a different size or color? 😊 No problem!
Simply enter on the enclosed packing slip which other size or color you wish to receive the article!

Furthermore:

  • You can only exchange once with free shipping and after an exchange can no longer be chosen for a refund.
  • No purchases will be exchanged for other items. If you want a completely different product, order the desired product via our website and return the other item, see the text above under the heading Returns 👆
  • If an item that is discounted (from 30%) is no longer available in another color or size, you will receive a discount code. Which you can then use for a new purchase! Enough stuff hihi 😊 You will not receive a refund ...
  • Is an item damaged or did we deliver the wrong item? How annoying! 😕 Send an email as soon as possible with your name, order number and the item where something went wrong.

I will immediately provide you with a return label and check the stock to see if I can still send the correct item! If this is not the case, you can exchange it for another item.

Do you prefer a refund (if the correct item is no longer there)? No problem either! No later than the 10th day after receipt of your return shipment, I will pay you back the amount via the payment method that you selected with your order! Please note: the costs for the return are only in this case for my account!

Pay attention! Return packages from the Netherlands are delivered from Maastricht to our warehouse in Lommel 1-2 working days later. This is still a lot faster (and cheaper) than sending directly from the Netherlands to Belgium

Exchange
