I love getting up extra early in the morning and having a moment to myself 😊 Such a me-time moment is what I really need to start my busy day! I then get out my yoga mat and do half an hour of yoga! Just carefree thinking about nothing, just the exercise!
That relaxes me so much 🧘♀️ Of course I prefer to do that in a lounge set like this one.... A set you can easily move around in! Not only for yoga but also on weekends I wear this as a house suit with a baggy cardigan over and warm slippers on my feet 🤗 Highly recommended!

I named the sets 'Asana', an exercise from yoga!
Asana literally means "taking your place". In this, you take on different poses with your body: stretching, stretching... 🤸♀️ With the Asana, the idea is to be able to sit or stand in a fixed position for some time. Size advice
I am 1m68 and in all pictures I wear the smallest available size (or one size) and from well-known stores always size XS/34! 👌
