How do I place an order?
Ordering is very simple! 👌
You choose your favorite product, select the right size if necessary and click on 'ADD TO CART'. The product will now be placed in your shopping cart!
Look around the webshop and when you are completely satisfied with your cart click 'ORDER NOW'.
On the checkout page you then follow all the steps to complete your order! Please note: check all your data and make sure they are completely filled in, from experience we know that the house number can easily be forgotten 😊
If this has succeeded you will receive an order confirmation by email, so you can be sure that the order has reached me correctly. I will then do what is needed to get your order to you as soon as possible!
Why should I create an account?
Creating an account at ellemillashop can make ordering a lot easier! Your account remembers your details for your next order and you don't have to fill them in every time, you can always check your status here and you always have a nice overview of your orders 👌 Highly recommended!
Oops, I haven't received a confirmation email.... Now what?
When you place an order you will immediately receive an order confirmation. No mail received? First check your junk mail (spam)! If you don't find it there, something probably went wrong filling in your data... Check in your account if you have entered the correct email address and if you can find the order. Can't find the order or didn't create an account to check your email address? If so, I'm not sure anymore 😒
In that case send me an email and I will get back to you as soon as possible!
Can I adjust my order?
Unfortunately, it is very difficult for me to modify placed orders, let alone cancel them! 🙁 The reason for this is that orders are taken directly by our system and passed on to the couriers.
If you have made a mistake with your order you can always send me an email as soon as possible and I will see what I can do for you! In the worst case your package is already gone and we have to solve it through a return...
What if my package gets lost?
Send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org! If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we can to help you! However, we are not responsible for packages once the proof of delivery has been generated...
How can I track my package?
You will receive a confirmation email from me with track & trace as soon as your package leaves here! If you can't find this email after checking your spam folder you can always send me an email at email@example.com! 💕
You can also check your account because the status is also displayed here, so it's always a good idea to create an account! 😊
What are the shipping costs?
This differs per country! For this I would like to refer you to the page SHIPPING! 😘 Select the correct country to which we need to ship your package and get all the appropriate information.
How long will it take to receive my package?

Can I track my package?
Yes, you can! 👀 You will receive a confirmation email with track and trace from me when your package leaves here. In this mail there is a track & trace link, with which you can follow your package. You can also always check the status of your package in your account.
Ow no... I was not at home when my package was delivered! What now?
No problem! The courier has normally left a message in your mailbox which you can use to pick up your package at a post office or service point (mentioned on the message). You can also check your track & trace to find out where your package is!
What about shipping to another country?
That's not a problem for us! I'd be happy to refer you to the SHIPPING page! 😘

Can I pay without creating an account?
You can check out as a guest! But I recommend you to create an account for the simple reason that it will make your life a little easier the next time you are shopping at ellemillashop hihi 😊

How do I use my discount code?
Very simple! By clicking on your shopping cart, you can enter your gift card code or discount code right away! Click 'APPLY' & voila, enjoy! 😉

Can I return my items?
Very sorry that your order is not what you expected it to be... You can easily return your items through our return system! For all information I refer you to the page RETURNS! 😘
I have received a damaged or wrongly delivered item! What to do now?
That's not nice!! 🙁 Please send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with your name, order number and a picture of the item where something went wrong. I will immediately check stock to see if I can still ship the correct item! If not, you may exchange it for another item.
Would you prefer a refund (if the correct item is no longer available)? No problem! No later than the 10th day after receipt of your package I will refund the amount via the payment method chosen by you when ordering. Depending on your bank, the refund will be visible on your account the same or 1-2 days later! The costs for the return in this case are of course for my account 😉 Hopefully we can help each other that way!
I have received an incomplete order! Now what?
In that case, please email me immediately at email@example.com and I'll do what's necessary 😘
Can I physically return a package to ellemillashop headquarters?
We kindly ask you to return items purchased online only via post/courier and not physically to the headquarters in Lommel. This is to keep our stock in order and to spoil you as much as possible! If we would have to constantly accept packages, we would experience delays in the handling of shipments/returns and that doesn't help us or you of course... Thanks for your understanding! 😘
When can I expect new collections?
We try to drop 2-3 times a week! Usually this is on Mondays and Fridays (and sometimes an extra drop on Wednesdays) 😊 If you would like to stay updated on new collections, you can subscribe to the newsletter on our homepage or follow me on Instagram or Facebook @ellemillashop! 💕

Is it possible to reserve a product?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve products 🙁
What you can do is place your product in your Wishlist! This way you will be informed about the stock of the product, if it is almost sold out and you will receive an email when it is back in stock.
You can also leave your email address on the product page of the sold out item! That way you will get an email as soon as the product is back in stock 😊
Can I save products for later?
Yes you can! By clicking on the heart on the product, you save it to your Wishlist 😍 This way you will be informed about the stock of the product, should it be almost sold out and you will get an email when it is back in stock!
What size does Sarah wear in clothing?
I am 1m68 and in all pictures I wear the smallest available size (or one size) and from well-known stores always size XS/34! 😊 The fit of an item is normal unless it is stated otherwise.... What size does Sarah wear in shoes?
I usually wear a size 38! If a pair of shoes comes out larger or smaller than standard, I will mention it in the product or under the 'Size Advice' tab. For additional advice, you can always send me a message at email@example.com! ❤️
What do you mean by 'Oversized'?
Many of our items are meant to be worn slightly more oversized than you may be used to. If we recommend going up or down a size, we'll let you know on the product page 😉 Otherwise, we recommend going your usual size! Email me anytime for styling or personal advice at firstname.lastname@example.org!
Can I expect a quick response to an email?
During the week I always reply within 24 hours, unless I am out shopping to provide you with the latest collections! But I always mention that on the contact page if that is the case. Plus you get an automatic reply to your mail if I can't answer immediately. On weekends and holidays the 24 hour rule can be different of course... But I always do my best to answer in between 😉 .
Then I would like to emphasize that all questions about collections and orders are best sent by email or through the contact form! This way I can keep an overview and you will be helped as soon as possible ❤️
An item I want to order is out of stock! How will I be notified when it is back in stock?
Don't worry, it's definitely still possible that your item will be back in the shop! There are several ways to stay informed when an item is back in stock 👌
1. Leave your email address on the product page of the sold out item! That way you'll get an email as soon as the product is back in stock 😊
2. You may also send me an email at email@example.com with the name of the product you would like to order and then I will find out for you when the product will come back or maybe not anymore...
3. Put the sold out product in your Wishlist because you will receive an email as soon as this product is back in stock!
4. Little tip: keep an eye on Instagram and Facebook: here the 'back in stock' products will definitely be posted ✨
We like to offer enough services to keep you informed about a sold out item that is back in stock so that you too get a chance at your favo item!

Of course dear, you can order them here!
If you want to surprise your loved one with a new pair of earrings, a colorful Bernadette gilet, trendy biker boots, a trendy bag or a nice skirt.... You can't think of anything else 😊

How long is the Gift Card valid?
The gift card is valid for 1 year! 👌
Do I get the Gift Card by email or is it sent to me as a piece of paper?
We will print the Gift Card on a nice paper (A6 size) in a typical ellemilla design! 🎀 We will send it to you! Please note that there are € 5,50- shipping costs involved below an amount of € 75,-!
We can always send you the code via mail so you can make something of it yourself, that's up to you 😊
How do I redeem my Gift Card?
Enter your Gift Card code in the voucher field at checkout! At checkout, you will see how much money is on your gift card.
If your total exceeds the gift card amount, the full value will be used and the gift card will be maximized! You will automatically be asked to select another payment method to pay for the rest of your order.
If your total is less than the gift card amount, there will be money left on the card and you can use it again later 👌
What happens if I return my order with a Gift Card?
If you return something purchased with a Gift Card, I will send you a new code with the correct credit! You can then use this again for your next purchase 😊 A Gift Card credit cannot be exchanged for a refund...
