Returns

It is super important to me that you are happy with your new must-have(s)! However, if a product is not to your liking, I will make sure you get an appropriate solution in its place! You can choose the free return option when opting for a credit code or a refund to your payment method (amount to be received minus the return fee)! 💕

Please note: no processing is possible without registration!

How can I register (part of) my order for return?

Very simple! Have your order number at hand - which starts with EM*** - and click ‘REGISTER RETURN’ to proceed to your return processing.

1. Enter your order number & email address or zip code used to place your order.
2. Check the products you wish to return.
3. Then select a reason for return. If you don't have a specific reason, select 'other'.
4. Indicate what we need to do with your return:
- Store credit
- Refund to your payment method
5. If you choose a refund, a return fee will be charged. This will be deducted from your amount to be received.
You do not want to pay a return fee? Then choose the store credit option!
6. Pack your items NEATLY and attach the return label to the package. Don't forget to remove the old shipping label and include the return form.
7. Take your package to a service point.

Please note! Have you received a damaged item or a wrongly delivered item? Please first send an email to info@ellemillashop.com (with order number and photo of the damage) before registering a return so we can first check and handle it properly 😊

Why should I choose store credit?

Then you don't pay return shipping costs! It's easy as that ladies 🤗 So you win a little extra to shop something new!

How many days do I have to return my order?

Returns will only be accepted within the 14-day return period!

What are the return conditions?

Please note that the following conditions are important for us to accept your return:

• Our original hangtag 'NO TAG, NO RETURN' is still attached to the item.
• The clothing has not been worn and/or washed.
• There are no food stains, makeup stains, body odors or cigarette odors present on the items.
• Beauty items, bikinis, lingerie and earrings will not be taken back for reasons of hygiene.
• May we ask you not to return the exceptionally low-priced items from the Stock Sale? Maybe you can make your friend, mom or sister happy with them?

Can I choose different return solutions for different products within 1 return?

No, that is not possible. The return option remains the same for all items you return! You cannot choose a refund for one item and store credit for another.... Thanks for your understanding! 😊

Can I return 2 different orders in 1 shipment?

You can!
1. First, do an registration of one order yourself.
2. Then send me an email to info@ellemillashop.com with the other order number and which items you would like to return from this order!
3. I will then manually register these for you 😊

How long does the returns processing take?

Do you choose store credit? That's a slightly easier process for me! I'll send your personal credit code to the email address you used to place the order as soon as possible after I receive your return parcel. That way you can place a new order right away!

Do you choose for a refund? Then I will refund you the purchase amount no later than the 10th day via the payment method you chose when ordering. Depending on your bank, the refund will be visible in your account the same or 1-2 days later.

Can I exchange an item?

Then that is a new order! You return your product within 14 days and immediately place a new order.

Of course you can also choose to receive store credit and order a new size or color with it. I will send your personal credit code as soon as possible after receipt of your return parcel to the email address that you used to place the order.
This way you can immediately order your new size or color!

Do you choose to place a new order and have the old one refunded? Then I'll send you the new size or color as soon as possible and I'll pay you back no later than the 10th day using the payment method you selected when ordering. Depending on your bank, the refund will be visible on your account the same or 1-2 days later.

I have received a damaged or wrongly delivered item! What to do now?

How annoying! 😕 Please send an e-mail as soon as possible with your name, order number - that starts with EM*** - and the item with photo where something went wrong.
