How can I register (part of) my order for return?

Very simple! Have your order number at hand - which starts with EM*** - and click 'REPORT RETURN' to proceed to your return process.

1. Enter your order number & email address used to place your order.
2. Select your product(s) you wish to return by clicking on the '+'.
3. Then select a reason for return. If you don't have a specific reason, select 'other'.
4. Indicate what we should do with your return:
• Credit code + € 10 extra store credit!
• Refund
5. Choose your desired shipping method.
6. Choose your desired payment method to create your return label.
7. Pack your items and attach the return label to the package. Don't forget to remove the old shipping label and insert the return form.
8. Take your package to a service point.

Simple hihi! Then you can enjoy more shopping fun at ellemilla! I have new collections every week so you will always have the latest must haves! You will always find something nice 😊 That's why I am happy to give you an extra € 10,- shop credit when you choose a credit code 💕

How many days do I have to return my order?

Returns are only accepted within the return period of 14 days!

What are the return conditions?

• Our original hangtag 'NO TAG, NO RETURN' is still attached to the item.

- The clothing has not been worn and/or washed.

- There are no food stains, makeup stains, body odors or cigarette odors present on the items.

• Beauty items, face masks, bikinis, lingerie and earrings will not be taken back due to hygiene.

• Products from the Stock Sale cannot be returned.

Can I return 2 different orders in 1 shipment?

You can! For one order, follow the standard return procedure and create a return label. For the second order, check the 'I will arrange the return myself' option under shipping methods so that you don't have to pay for the return costs twice. Then combine the items in one box with one return label.

Can I arrange my return myself?

You can! First register your return and print your return form and include it in your package. Send your package to:

We kindly ask you to return items purchased online only by post/courier and not physically to the headquarter in Balen.

How long does the returns processing take?

Do you choose a credit store code? That's a slightly easier process for me! I will send your personal credit code as soon as possible after receiving your return package to the email address you used to place the order. This way you can immediately place a new order with an additional € 10,-shopping credit!

Do you opt for a refund? Then I will pay you back the purchase amount no later than the 10th day using the payment method you selected when ordering. Depending on your bank, the refund will be visible on your account the same day or 1-2 days later.

Can I exchange an article?

Then that is a new order! You return your product within 14 days and immediately place a new order.

Of course you can also choose to receive a credit code and order a new size or color with it. I will send your personal credit code as soon as possible after receipt of your return package to the email address that you used to place the order.
This way you can immediately order your new size or color with an extra credit of € 10,-!
