Via our online shop we offer the possibility to ask questions by means of a contact form, where you are asked to fill in various details so we can deal with your question. It is up to you to choose the data that you provide us with. The data you send us will be kept for as long as is required, depending on the nature of the form or the content of your email, to complete the answering or processing.
We offer a newsletter through which we like to inform interested parties about our products and/or services. Every newsletter contains a link that you can use to unsubscribe. Your email address is only added to the list of subscribers with your express permission.
Disclosure to third parties
Your data is expressly not disclosed to third parties, unless this is necessary for the execution of your order (for example the courier).
The personal data described above are retained for as long as necessary to process your orders, including warranty. We then store data for a maximum period of two years for the statistical purposes described.
